Re: How to build up Spell Penetration?
Hmm.. so for arena what would the ideal spell pen. be? At at what point do you sacrifice other stats? As of now I have just been working toward resilience.. I'm at like 780 now. The only spell pen I have is the back enchant. Spellblade is still beyond my reach;( I wish they still offered the deadly weapons for those of us not at 1850;(
