I, personally, am shooting for 75 based off of what I have read. I just got back into PvP a couple weeks ago from a long break (since S4) so all I have right now is 35 from the enchant. 75 is easy achievable with the enchant and 2 gems, and it gets you almost high enough to completely counter improved MotW from druids.
I'm destro for pvp right now, so I'm not too concerned about countering a prayer of shadow protection from priests.
