Re: How to build up Spell Penetration?
You'll still see a lot of miss/resist at 75 SP and 60 +hit. I need to boost my +hit up to about 150 and get more Spell Pen.
(Most of my misses are against Rogues, who are probably using an ability that boosts their resists.)
