Spy Hunter is listed as an Alliance quest; it is a Sons of Hodir daily, and available to both factions. Similarly Overstock, which is listed as a Horde only quest, is available to both Horde and Alliance.
Pushed Too Far is listed as being available to both factions, however it is actually an Alliance only quest.
