Hey Hoff,
I've been doing arena for a while now with an enhancement shammy. We have a lot of burst and a bit of healing(With Enhancements instant cast heals). The thing is, ever since we have become so squichy in Arena the mellee classes will target us first, which makes for a good distraction while your other team mate(given its not a healer) beats away on their healer. Theres not much you can do to keep the mellee off you, if you use void you can pop sacrifice but the shield can go down pretty fast. The best bet to make some distance between yoruself and the melle is aftermath. The daze your target gets from your conflag. The way me and the shaman normally do it. If its a pala healer, we burst away on the dps class and leave the pala CC'd as much as possible, using death coil at the right time can win you an arena round. If its a priest healer we try to burst away on them first, same goes for shammies. With druid healers as a lock you have a slight advantage because you can banish them if they are in treeform. The best you can offer your teammate as a lock is CC and burst. With CB, thats a job we can perform pretty well.
Advice against rogues.. I have none, if they come for you , you're doomed. :P I hear that succ's charm skill works on them but that requires good timing.
I found a good tactic for locks in the arena with the platforms that move up (can't remember the name right now). Just shadowfury them as soon as you can, then run in and pop your howl of terror, it will give you a few moments to beat away at the healer or the dps class, whichever you think you and your partner can take down the fastest.
I hope my post can be a bit of help to you. I always say, practice makes perfect. YOu won't ever win them all. But some teams are easyer than others.
