Personally for 2's, I run with a Resto Shaman. I also go affliction. I usually throw all my instants up on both targets, depending on the comp of the other team. I do pretty well with this comp, We win more than we lose.
Rogues are tough, With good heals, and a few lucky things going your way, you can win. Especially if the Rogue messes up. It's still very, very hard. If they have a healer make sure you always have UA up (if you're affliction) so if the healer dispels there is a chance he's silenced. Dot the healer also, making it harder to heal.
If its double dps, you have to hope you can survive through both the cooldowns and burst long enough to kill at least one. If it's double dps. DOT BOTH OF THEM!
There are alot of counters to our CC. You just have to learn to deal with it. haha
