Priests and Paladins don't really lend themselves to this play style, so you'll want to stick with a Shaman or a Druid. Be prepared for a VERY long match, as Affliction has no real burst ability outside of lucky procs. You're going to have to put pressure on both opponents, otherwise you're never going to put any pressure on the opponent's healer. Once you're close to a kill, your partner will need to coordinate a CC chain with you to seal the deal - hence Druid or Shaman.
If you go the Destruction route, you open yourself up to both healer and dps partners. Since Blind and fear now share diminishing returns, W/R isn't as popular as it used to be. A Good dps partner would be a Mage, Boomkin, DK, or Ret Pally. The idea is to lock down (pun intended) their healer with your combined CC while bursting down the other opponent. If you want a healer partner, you really could use any of the 4 available classes. Druids will want to be Restokin, and the Pally will want to spec for shorter CD's on their stun. Regardless of you your healer partner is, they will want/need to be very aggressive minded. For example, when not healing you, they should by all means jump in on the damage wagon.

This ^, however another viable Destruction build is 0/20/51 w/ Imp Succubus. This works well with rogue, mage or elemental shaman for a 2's partner.
