Re: I can fix PVP
I like the posts, some parts I agree with, some not...
Here is part of Blizz problem is some people love to raid, and want that big punch on bosses it makes people happy, hell I see people looking the DPS and crit on trash mobs, resilience is a counter to PVE gear which is designed for big hits which is a big issue, the problem is resilience is not strong enough on the crits and hits...burst damage really ruins the fun of pvp which is the live spontaneous challenge.
Some classes will always tend to get favored on changes, but I have to agree locks have not had any serious attention paid in a long time. Their survival mechanisms long been broke by united whining.
So what would I do with my magic wand for pvp.
1) Strengthen resilience so at a 900 cap = crits would 0/physical damages at 75%
2) Fixing locks; better escape mechanism preferably that matches our lore: instant circle, 15
seconds immune from cc while in cirle
3) Shadowburn would be a spell and not a talent
4) Look at the other classes from a pvp view and fairness, match changes to lore: I would expect
an assassin to be deadly on first strike and hard to see if no one is paying attention...but really
a magic cloak to wipe out all magic? Assassins maybe hard to hit and should be since they are
agile/nimble per lore, but 100 yards sprint that makes Flash a little slow footed? ...really you
know which class drives me nuts....it's not a burst class as much as the damn resto druid in 900
resilence, no one has 30 minutes available to chase a good one down and kill it.
........All classes should have should long survivability at 900 resilience/some escape mechanism/some form of deadly threat that must be addressed... balance at what their roles are especially compared to game lore (hey otherwise we could import our bad *** long dormant CS toons)..............
