LOL, I meant Immolate, not Incinerate...fixed. 
Also, yes of course the opposing team's CC needs to be accounted for, my original example was a "best case" scenario, catching them all in the same CC with the first Shadowfury, and when that ends or someone trinkets immediately cast another Shadowfury, etc.
