3.5K DPS in 10-man VoA is pretty good. Glad our suggestions seem to be helping. I raid with a very melee/physical damage-heavy raid, so my best sustained for a night is about 3.3k DPS. I'd feel mediocre about that, except that as I said, I'm usually on Add-duty or Shatter-duty and such.
