well i dunno.. i have a bit over 700 resi in my current gear, don't think i'll gem for it anymore, since my goal is 750-800. I am destro and in bgs with my pve cloak (with embrodier) i can dish out some nice damage during the proc, but still I think i'll go with spell pen, since the embrodier is a bit too random for me ^^
