Ah, yeah - you've been away from the game a bit it sounds like, there's a LOT to catch up on. In this case, the piece that's new for you in this case is that Buffs and debuffs no longer stack. There's "raiding 101 for warlock" threads here that you'll want to read through. Welcome back!
