3.3 Refreshing Bane of Agony
Since all our dot timers get refreshed now instead of being clipped, does this mean when you refresh bane of agony the damage is set back to its early tick damage, which would possibly mean that it might be better to let this dot fall off then reapply it so that last tick would be the full damage instead of the measly half.
