In your case you soloed blasted lands elites.
I soloed DM east and winterspring elites and then brought a hunter for the doomguard drain.

I can't say I see that much of a difference other than that there is more loot in DM east and winterspring

I did spend more than 1h 30min though, but spending time playing is the reason to why I bought the game!
