The short guide:
Just let the tank build aggro and then unload the nukes. AOE is occcasionally a bonus too.

Lotsof great gear drops on the undead side, so don't worry about running it over and over. Specifically, two of the best blue pieces in the game, Scarlet Felt Hat and Maleki's Footwraps drop there as well as the aforementioned Dreadmist pieces, the Thuzadin Sash and the Anastari Heirloom.

Also, if you go in 5-mans and collect the plagued flesh samples, you can get the uber argent dawn trinket with +49 damage vs. undead.
