Re: Debuff/DOTs priority rules?
Just remembered something and haven't seen anything more about it.
There was discussion from Blizzard about prioritizing DoTs/Debuffs such that "higher pri" didn't get knocked off by "lower pri" DoTs/Debuffs. Haven't heard anything since then. Anyone seen/heard Blue discussion on this?
Sort of on topic, the biggest problem with the 16 limit (gah, remember when it was 8!?!) is those GD Scorpid Stings and (since AQ) rogue deadly poison. 4 Hunters, 6 rogues, 10 slots taken ... the bastiges. 'Course with 4 'Locks (Corruption, Doom/Agony, Siphon Life, etc.) that'd be 12 ... hehe.
I don't really care about the priority so long as Doom, Elements, Shadow are all higher than about everything else.
