Typically at this point I believe you just need to repeatedly do the Cauldron quests and save up the scourgestones for when you hit revered. I know you want to do this solo, but i've found the best way to do this grind is just run scholomance over and over.
You'll get rep for all the elites up until you get revered, then the bosses will give you rep to exaulted. Also do the Plagued hatchlings questline, most people dont do it and the whelps in scholo can drop a Healthy Dragon Scale for 50 rep each and a valor token i think.... something like that.

Also the skellies and bugs in Scholo will drop the items you need to turn in Insignias so there's a added bonus of those quests for repeatable rewards. Like the 18 slot bag and the spell damage dagger.
