They have introduced lots of little factions to the game. there is one in the Ghostlands for bloodelfs and the rep goes up really fast.

almost seems like they have done it as extra buyable quest rewards for doing all the other in a imaginary chain - this will make those who chose to quest to level and not grind get even more yummy items.
