I've just been assigned by my guild to be one of two recruiting officers for our guild. We are the only ones able to invite toons into the guild so it effectivly makes us in control of the guild environment and the quality of raiders.

Now besides the ussally spam you get in raid chat how to people recruit more raiders? I feel the whole spamming in trade is like getting all the B grade players and slowly shifting through them all to find that diamond in the rough.

Well here it is. My first blog. Guess I'll get right to it. Warlock DPS sucks now and I love every bit of it.

Why do I love it? Whats not to love. Destro has a real cast rotation. What a novel idea that was. I have to admit I sometimes felt bad being way ahead on the dps meters when a trained monkey could play a destro with the right gear. Now with a cast rotation it takes some skill. I love it. Yes my dps has suffered but I like knowing that when I'm on top I deserved it.
