Leveling even once in a 5 day period is quite an accomplishment for Romagoth these days. This is evident in that he spends a lot of time "hamming it up" at the Slaughtered Lamb in Stormwind, rather than being out in Azeroth questing, killing mosters, and accomplishing things. So yes, level 41 to 46 in a short period of time is remarkable. Romagoth finished his questing in The Badlands in less than a day, so he moved on to Tanaris, where he had heard that quests were plentiful and killing was commonplace. "Just my kind of place", said Romagoth, paying the Grypon Master the required fee before mounting up to fly out to the Wetlands, where he would catch a boat to Theramore.
Upon arriving in Gadgetzan and seeing the immense desert in front of him, Romagoth almost turned around and got back on the bird to fly somewhere else. Anywhere else! "Another desert....as if I didn't just spend half a day in a place just like this when I could have been drinking a cold one instead." muttered Romagoth. But rather than spending the extra silver to fly out of this dry, hot place filled with goblins, Romagoth decided to stick it out and see what this town had to offer him. As it turns out, Gadgetzan offers quite a few quests but very little hospitality, especially if you are not friendly with the Steamwheedle Cartel. "I wonder what it would take to become friendly with these goblins", asked Romagoth to himself. "Perhaps a few quests would help loosen their tongues a little and save me some coin in the process". So Romagoth proceeded to pick up as many quests as he could before heading out into the desert of Tanaris. "Thank goodness for my mount," he muttered. "I don't like the idea of trudging through this sand to get somewhere".
After finishing a few quests, mostly of the "kill 5 of these and 10 of these" variety, Romagoth returned to Gadgetzan. He somehow managed to stay alive the entire time, although there were some close calls when his voidwalker decided to complain rather than hold some ogre's attention. "One more complaint from you and I will send you back to where you came from!" grumbled an irritated Romagoth to his demon. He almost wished for the companionship of his imp, until he remembered the last argument they got into; something in regards to who could drink more Moonglow before passing out (the imp lost).
In any case, Romagoth finished a portion of his quests and upon doing so became friendly with the goblins of Gadgetzan. This helped his mood immensely, as now he did not receive the blank stares from the citizens every time he rode into town. Of course, his demon companion is still not welcome in the shops or the inn, but it is to be expected Romagoth figures. He is accustomed to receiving odd looks from people.
Upon waking up from his afternoon slumber, Romagoth received a summons from a few of his friends in Stormwind. They are planning on venturing into the Scarlet Monastery later in the evening, and want to know if he is interested in going along. Always up for a chance to kill members of the Scarlet Crusade, Romagoth immediately makes preparations for this latest adventure.
