I finally completed my Loremaster project in December (then they nerfed the requirements!).
I ended up doing a lot of great quests. Northrend has 875 that have to be done for the achievement. The only one I haven't gotten around to yet is the fighter-plane one in Icecrown (buggy when I tried it). Still not sure which is my favorite, but I'm working on criteria for a great quest.
