Doing a recent imaginery simulation with a warlock affliction build on Rawr, I pulled out a 10k DPS on a five minute fight, with all the ammeninties of a 25-Man Raid containing at least one of each class and two paladins and assuming the character is a jewelcrafter and tailor. This was ToGC 25 Gear, iLevel 258, with actually one or two 245's and a 213 showed up as best in slot . . . I digress, the build looked a little something like this: The World of Warcraft Armory (55/00/15)
This build leaves a single free point to improve your imp if your raid is lacking health, an extra curse for crowd control, or maybe you like dark pact?

It follows a simple priority system for casting and has two variations.
Trash: Curse of Agony > Haunt > Unstable Affliction> Corruption (Cast only once) > SBolt
Boss: Curse of Doom > Haunt > Unstable Affliction > Corruption (Cast only once) > SBolt

Note that the only difference between the priorities is your Curse. Since trash fights are not as long winded as a Boss you generally don't have time for your CoD to hit.

I have also found that stacking haste is the best way to gem, and placing to SP/Haste greens in the gear to activate the Chaotic Skyflare Diamond, is the best way to go. For an affliction warlock it's really about how many spells you can get off before the object dies.

For the glyphs you will want: Life Tap (Keep this up at ALL times), Haunt, and Unstable Affliction.
You will want to use your Grand Spellstone which adds to your haste and DoT damage.
