Respect from Shadowcloth to Spellcloth
I am thinking of respecting from Shadowcloth to Spellcloth but the NPC warns that you will forget all your Shadowcloth patterns. Does this mean I cannot make the Ebon Shadowcloth bag anymore?

Re: Respect from Shadowcloth to Spellcloth
I think that means that any Frozen Shadoweave items you have will be unlearned (i.e. Shoulder, Robe, and Boots). The bag should stay...if I can make a mooncloth bag without being mooncloth specced then I don't see why the Ebon bag should disappear from your craft list.

I believe you mean Respeccing. Respecting has a different meaning.

Re: Respect from Shadowcloth to Spellcloth
Ive done it frequently - you dont lose the patterns you just cant make em and the bag patts all remain.
and ofc you cant wear the FSW as mentioned before - however I did respec once whilst wearing the FSW and I was still wearign it after I broke my tailor talent which was a bit strange - I would of expected it to head for my bag slots. Cal. |

Re: Respect from Shadowcloth to Spellcloth
Cyan10101 is correct. I mean specializing is Shadowcloth (I will still be a tailor). If I change my specialization to Spellcloth and it causes me to not be able to wear my FSW then I definately do not want to do it. Thanks for the comments.

Re: Respect from Shadowcloth to Spellcloth
I don't mean to sound like a jerk, but if you can't do it one way why would it work the other way? If you would lose alll your FSW stuff by unspecccing shadow then of course you would lose you spellfre stuff if you unspecced spell cloth

Re: Respect from Shadowcloth to Spellcloth
Look at the items.
Requires Level 70 Requires Spellfire Tailoring or Requires Level 70 Requires Shadoweave Tailoring |

Re: Respect from Shadowcloth to Spellcloth
Your right sorry i need to clairify a little more. FSW is BOP while spellstrike is BOE i figured you could keep the spellstrike attributes if you respec FSW. I hope that clears that up a little more.
