Re: Farming for netherweave

I usually farm for netherweave in SMV on my lock. I tryto do the steps of BT where you can usually pick up some weave there plus some other goodies to sell in AH I dunno ifu can do it at your level but its not a bad place to try.

NS manaforge ba'naar-the mobs are wimps and they drop scryer rep stuff as well. They are fairly well clustered together, so circling the place keeps the farming pretty steady. Just watch out for the arcane guardians.

Re: Farming for netherweave

If you want to be efficient then you can farm the Voidspawns in Nagrand. They drop motes of shadow and netherweave - level 64-65 mobs.

Got to agree - best place for netherweave and motes.

Also handy for the cash and other occasional trash that drops.

Terrokkar
The Arakkakoa in Terrokkar drop cloth, feathers (lower city rep), and coin.
The Arakkakoa in Skettis drop cloth, coin, Shadow dust (repeatable turnin for Skyguard rep), and the occassional green.
Time-Lost Arakkakoa in Skettis (you need the potion from the shadow dust turnin) drop cloth, coin, time-lost scrolls (quest item), and the occasional green.

Nagrand
The ogres in Nagrand drop cloth, coin, cloth, beads (Mag'har / Consortium rep) and dust (Halaa tokens) plus give 10 Mag'har rep per kill.
The orcs in Nagrand drop cloth, coin, Aldor marks, and dust, plus give 10 Mag'har rep per kill.
The VW in Nagrand drop cloth, coin, motes of shadow, dust (Halaa tokens) and occassional greens.

Netherstorm
Zaxxis Etherals in Netherstorm drop cloth, coin, Zaxxis insignia (Consortium rep), Ethereum Prison Keys (also Consortium rep) and occasional greens.
Blood Elves at the Manaforges in Netherstorm (pick one) drop cloth, coin, Scryer rep items, and the occassional green.

Shadowmoon Valley
Blood Elves outside of BT drop cloth, coin, Scryer rep items, and the occasional green
Orcs outside of BT drop cloth, coin, Aldor rep items, and the occasional green.

I've farmed all of these places at one time or another although never for cloth, but after 30 mins to an hour I can usually get at least 3 stacks (1 hour oustide of BT yielded 6 stacks). Pick a spot that will give you the rep you want / need the most and go to town.

Re: Farming for netherweave

I always find that where there are ogres, theres cloth! So id recommend nagrand ogres or the ones in zangamarsh. Though the bloodelves at the manaforges are weak, they may be a better choice since you can cut them down like a hot knife though butter.
