Food question

Im a big fan of the blakened basalisk food and have it made for me all the time (my cooking is weak atm) But what I want to know is there a food out there that gives the 23 spell damage and some stam insted of the spirit? I need that more then the spirit as my hp's are quite low for my level.

how sad. oh well I will just stick w/ my blacked basilisk and wizard oil and try to make up for hps w/ more spell damage

There is several foods that give stam/spirit, spdamage/spirit, stam/mp5, but no stam/spdamage. If you need stam really bad, fisherman's feast or lobster? adds 30 stam and 20 spirit. Or for fun, stormchops makes grinding interesting, just don't try it in a raid.
