Doing dailies, and finishing quests with item rewards that I then DE and sell.

Re: what do you do for your cash?
I play at the ah. Using auctioneer helps greatly, and being enchanter helps
too since sometimes you can just buy and disenchant for a neat profit. Or even buy low, sell high. It's just like in real stock market: you can make some money but you need to diversify your choices so that some bad choice does not ruin your whole wealth. Apart from this, selling certain created items can give you some nice gold. And I even get HUGE gains from buying certain receips from vendors and then selling then for even 5 times their prices. The only problem is that you can't flood the market with countless copies of the same item: you need to have a set of things for sale in the bank which you auction one or two at times. |

Re: what do you do for your cash?
i use the ah sometimes, all about buy low and sell high. Trade channel gives the best deals imo.
Also dailies give a good ammount. Im not sure if i should go for the quests.. Maybe i need to save those and than finish them all when we can level again... i should be able to gain 1 or 2 levels with all quest done. |

Re: what do you do for your cash?
For coin I do my dailies if I'm absolutely hurting for money but if not, i try to avoid them entirely. I do like farming the elite trees in skettis both for gold from selling the herbs and to give my guild so we can get pots. With the ease in which we can farm these guys with fear, I ususally just spend my "farm" time there and make far more gold selling the various herbs and primals I collect. After that, a quick hop over to smv for nightmare vines and then to the ah, usually is more than enough to keep me in gold for a few weeks.

Re: what do you do for your cash?
So many easy ways to make money in this game ...
Quests is your #1 money source. If you are 70, completing quests can net in the neighborhood of 300g an hour, if you have a good quest hub to run through (Kirin Tor in Netherstorm comes to mind). Farming elementals. If there is competition, it is just not worth it. If you have the area to yourself you can get several primals and about 15g of vendor trash. Anything that drops cloth. Many areas for this. Pick humanoid mobs. Generally lots of them close together. Runecloth is usually worth more than Netherweave cloth today, but I can make bags with Netherweave, so I like both. I can also take an hour and farm Mageweave and end up with 10 stacks which can sell for 5-8g a stack. Dailies. If you are not doing dailies, you just don't like money. Anyone who doesn't have money in this game just isn't trying (though I will make an exception for a few crazy folks, tanks/healers mostly, who respec twice daily for raid/solo conent). An hour doing dailies will get you 75g. Run a heroic daily, 25g. Run the dungeon daily, 25g. PvP daily. Cooking daily. Short on money, just go kill some stuff. Blackened basilisk sells. Cloth sells. Primals sell. Enchanting mats sell. Bags sell. etc etc |

Cutting and selling gems. Took me months of being broke and spending 10-20k on designs though.
