Leatherworking and High End Raiders
Hey all
i just found out using Armory that mostly all high end raiding warlocks of the "big" world leading guilds are level-ing up LEATHERWORKING. Yeah thats right ... leatherworking ! why ?!?!? What do they know ? Are we going leather in Wrath of the Lich King ? check out Eu Armory ; Nihilum Last Resort Bad Omen SK gaming (aka Meet your Makers) this disturbes me or is it really the drums ? Never realised the drums are so good. Noone in my guild either. This is quite some revelation to me. |

Re: Leatherworking and High End Raiders
They've all gone leatherworking so they can use drums on Brutallus.

Re: Leatherworking and High End Raiders
Possibly. I'm actually thinking of picking up leatherworking soon myself, we're not on Brutallus yet (haven't even had any serious tries at Kalecgos yet either), but the drums look rather nice on any DPS-race, and it'll be nice to have even if it's expensive to level and everything besides the drums I can make with it is useless.

Re: Leatherworking and High End Raiders
Yeah.. I'm not sure it'd be worth it unless you have 1k-2k gold to spare and a profession slot free..

Re: Leatherworking and High End Raiders
Drop Herbalism and level it up on an alt, pickup Leatherworking on main. Problem solved. Gold is a non-issue.

Yeah.. don't have a spare alt with an epic flyer though. Which is the issue >.<

Re: Leatherworking and High End Raiders
yikes...i would not drop a profession and level another profession just for one item for a single boss fight.
