Tailoring Question - 361 / 375 so far ... whats next for me?
OK.... This will be my 2nd lock that I have leveled and this time around, I promissed myself to level everything I can to it's maximum potential.
Of course I plan to level to 70 and then to 80... I deffinitely plan to raid with an emphasis on getting some end game epic gear... My tailoring is at 361 / 375 and I've been trying to find out what items I'll be able to make when it gets maxed out... I am particularly interested in socketable purple armors and high end blues.. I can already make the netherweave armor set (which is what my last 70 was outfitted with for a while ) and I can make some imbued netherweave armors... What goes beyond those? Surely I'll be able to craft Purples that are socketable? Are there any guides to high end tailoring? Here is my toons link to armory Here: http://armory.worldofwarcraft.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Norgannon&n=Waynesback |

Most people will tell you to specialize shadowweave and make the Frozen Shadowweave set.
You can also look for getting the belt of blasting , girdle of ruination, spellstrike hood, spellstrike pants, cloak of the black void Most of these are listed in the gear guide which you can find Gearing Your Warlock (2.4 Edition) - The Warlocks Den Forums Hope that helps. |

Re: Tailoring Question - 361 / 375 so far ... whats next for me?
The Frozen Shadowweave set has lasted me well into the T5 instances. We are 3/4 TK, 2/6 SSC (mostly because our time has been spent in TK as of late) and the only piece I've managed to replace are the boots. The boots of blasting pattern dropped for me in TK and is BoP.
With tailoring, badge gear, and a few PvP items (dagger, wrists) you could be almost fully epic'ed w/out stepping foot in a raid. 3/3 Frozen ShadowWeave, 2/2 SpellStrike, and the Belt of Blasting alone will most likely put you in the top 5 DPS for 25 mans (depending on how well geared everyone else is ofc.) |

For leveling use your FSW for 3 skillups and the rest can be done either through cloth xmutes or arcanoweave blues(craft and shard - patterns to these blues drop in the TK instances arc has 2 i think)

Re: Tailoring Question - 361 / 375 so far ... whats next for me?
$.02 on making that last tailoring point:
I was making Imbued netherweave robes and tunics from 365-ish to 375. Even if you have all the mats for your boots, WAIT to make them until 374. You can't wear them until level 70 anyways... and it's a guaranteed point to 375. For reference, I made 12 Imbued netherweave tunics to get from 374 to 375. Yeah, twelve. Ouch! (Ofc your mileage may vary. I may have been unlucky) Even D/E and selling the shards, I was still losing 25-30G on each point. Just a thought ![]() |

Re: Tailoring Question - 361 / 375 so far ... whats next for me?
I know you have a ways to 70, but if you decide to put leveling tailoring on hold until 70 then think about this: http://www.wowhead.com/?item=21907
It is the best way to level from 370-375! I know its a drop off the end boss of mech, but you should run regular mech for manawrath, manual, etc. |

Guess I got really lucky because it took me about 11 Imbued Netherweave Robes to get from 370 to 375. I DE'ed and made most of my money back also.

I farmed all of my cloth, scryers rep and 67-70 at mana forge b'naar. Needless to say I hate the place, and I just did dailies and bought all the rep items I needed for my rogue.

Re: Tailoring Question - 361 / 375 so far ... whats next for me?
I had an orange recipe from 370 that I used, so I had it easy to 375 in that I only had to make it 5 times - the mats were (if I recall correctly) expensive instead.
I think it was a pattern that dropped in Kara, but can't remember what it was |
