Engineered Pet Trinkets Fixed?

Just noticed this the other day after the patch, but, I popped an Arcanite Dragonling and Battle Chicken and both were summoning as level 76 - wasn't this a lot lower before?

The Battle Chicken doesn't do a lot of damage, maybe 2k or 3k if yer lucky, however the Arcanite seems to be capable of 5kish
