A little more specific. There are armor and weapon vellums which have level indications on them which correspond to the enchants to be placed on them. The vellums act as placeholders for the enchant. You enchant the vellum as you would a piece of equipment, then you can sell/trade/auction the newly enchanted vellum. The recipient of the enchanted vellum can then "use" the vellum to put the enchant on the piece of equipment. |

Not getting side tracked by oil's ;) Uhm you need armor vellum III and weapon vellum III for level 80 gear's .... even if the text stating what level can be used on them is pretty unclear .. it works for me. Weapon Vellum III - Item - World of Warcraft  gl.
