Re: Inscription vs Tailoring thoughts of changing

There are a few items from each profession that sell well... on my server, there are a few glyphs that I can think of off the top of my head: exorcism, lifetap, earth shield, berserk and a few others... with inscription, don't expect to open your mailbox and find 2 or 3 things selling for 50g; rather, you'll find 10 things selling for 5g instead. It's a nickel-and-dime type of profession.

I'm an enchanter as well, and I've leveled tailoring on another 2 characters. Enchanting isn't entirely a sink hole - you can put the vellums in the AH at a decent price, and selling everything you get from DEing is SO worth it if you're not selling the chants themselves.

The best easy money profession would absolutely, positively be a gathering profession rather than crafting - herbalism, mining, skinning...

NOW, since you're looking at this site I'm assuming you either raid or PvP; wouldn't you want to keep inscription for the shoulder enchants?
