To be honest, at your level of gearing you'll get more benefit from (for example) the S4 neck than one piece of +haste itemisation. Yes, the spreadsheet might tell you that it is, point for point, the best DPS stat but in reality you'll get just as mileage from crit/damage (Guardian's Pendant of Conquest - Item - World of Warcraft).
