This is for those of you who think of starting some arena matches soon or have already started but do not perform well and start loosing fun. I am well aware that there are many players who are no dedicated PvPers and do arena mainly to collect pts for an epic weapon but...

I find that Proximo is an essential add-on. In 2's, my partner & I both run with it; there's a macro over @ arenajunkies.com that'll fill Proximo with the competition before you even see them (including spec). Nice to know what you're facing the literal second the doors open. Also, Proximo has a nice feature that sends low health/death/aura gain alerts to SCT, chat, or wherever you'd like that information to appear. Both of these things really cut down on the Vent chatter.
