Ok Im just curious cause it makes no sense to me. But how come Curse of Doom does not work on PVP? Its great in dungeons and what not but I try and use against some horde and nothing...its so sad...

COD means instant win if you can just cast and kite for a minute

The spell is way too good for pvp, it does like 7000-8000 damage with amplify curse + it's instant. Imagine every locks doting people with it, would be funny, but it's not possible.

Something I just thought of, but am not in a position to try just yet.

Does it refuse to work on anything flagged for PVP at all, or just not enemy players?

I was sitting here, reading this thread, reminising on CoD+Banish farming elementals in Nagrand, and had a daydream of casting CoD on the guards/NPCs at the Crossroads and listening to the cries ...

I think it should be able to be used in pvp. It would just be dispellable (which means most people would get it removed before it triggers). And it's got a 1-min cooldown, so it's not like you can cast it on everybody at once.
