Best Weapon Ever

So I'm leveling my fishing in bloodvenom falls for quite awhile last night, when 3 mid 60 allies jump me. 1 rogue, 1 mage, and something else melee. I HOT them and dot them and DC 1. The mage get smoked by fel puppy and other melee runs away. I beat the crap out of the rogue with my trust fishing pole and proceed to turn around and keep fishing. I had no armor on(ran out I didn't notice) No weapon or offhand. They were lowbies but still felt great to beat them down with fishing pole. The rogue bowed down was nice lol! : P

That has got to be one of the best stories I have heard. Almost as good as the summonin raid party at the bottom of a lake.

The first character I ever had was during the beta; he was a dwarven warrior named Gonk.

While in Redridge I was challenged to several duels which I promptly accepted, only to be shocked and puzzled as to why I could never win any of them. Untill I realized I was floggin my opponents with my fishingrod..

If you lose to someone without armor and his only "weapon" is a fishing pole...

Seriously.. what do you say to that? "Hey, me an some friends tried to jump this undead that was fishing but he handed us our asses. What? No.. he just had a fishing pole."

Nice job. What was the level difference? They could have been 20 levels under you and I'd still think its awesome

Nat's fishing pole rocks.

Pre-The Burning Crusade I made a sport out of this. Go near an alliance area and go fishing to act like bait. I just loved the stats of my fishing pole compared to the damage a staff does.
I also loved to show of with it in GChat. As most of the people destroyed it pre-The Burning Crusade.

I once made complete Gnomeran run with it. Somebody said in partychat there was a pool equiped. After the dungeon I found out it was ME. And he was reffering to my pole
