Afflic worth it for T6 content?

Is affliction a viable raiding spec for t6 content. With 2.4 patch and Curse of Elements being one spell now is 3/3 malediction worth bringing to a raid over a straight destro warlock. Currently we have 3 locks 2 destro and 1 afflic in the raid, along with 2-3 SP, and 2-4 Mages mostly fire spec. The afflic lock does about 1000-1200dps. I personally feel that a destro lock pushing 1700-2k dps outweighs the 3 percent bonus. Am I wrong?

Malediction is worth maybe 400DPS? Maybe 500. Though I guess more mana from priests. However a smart affliction lock will be providing shadow embrace. And I guess they're not getting as good a group buffs, they may even be in the tank group. So add another 200-400DPS for lacking buffs.

Assuming they aren't getting the same buffs and have shadow embrace, they're easily more valuable than the destro locks.

This is like one of my server's retadin threads. "Well they hold their own DPS wise" "no they can't" way to miss the point, and this is from our top guilds. Shows time > skill. Skill just reduces time needed.

I am the 'token' affliction lock in my raid group. If I am stuck with the tanks, I sit around 1300-1400 DPS. If I get in a good Caster group like the destruction locks are, I can jump to nearly 1600-1700 DPS.
