While you are correct that banish is a death sentence, a skillful SL Lock does not have this problem. I run with either VW or Felhunter and I check ally list for locks when match starts and if there is any I make sure that if I run with VW I am ready to sac him the second I get the attention of another lock. Now I can instant summon a Felhunter which is extremely hard to banish. Often I start with felpuppy out anyway and banish is not a concern as long as I see other locks quickly and put him on them or avoid them altogether. In the rare event that I do take a banish I'm not completely useless, I still have quite a few tricks up my sleeve to escape like death coil, fear, howl of terror, grenades, damage trinket etc.

P.S. I'm not knocking conflag, If you have ever watched the Drakedog videos where he rolls 3 allies at a time you know how awesome conflag can be in the hands of a skilled lock. I will respec to it right after I thoroghly test felguard. I would actually respec to it today if it were free. Oh and affliction must be tested after BC also, all the trees look awesome, why can't we just have them all? :( LOL

look just goto warcraftmovies.com search for harnessing shadows 2 ahd skip ahead to 9 mins and 30 secs. this guy takes on 5+ alliance at once and wins..nuff said a skilled warlock can do anything hands down

well it might be a nice fight, but I'm mostly not to impressed by stuff like that, they mostly record for weeks or maybe months to get a few good fights, edit out the crap and put the best fights together.

I had fights too where I one shotted someone and killed 4 or 5 people and actually survive it, if you are not too afraid too die you might actually pull some increadible stuff.

hmmm more food for thought, imagine being SL to Fell Hunter in BC. Same HP as VW but DPS and skills.

Its not really that hard to kill a soul linked warlock, i do it all the time easy on my main (68 druid), i can usually take out all 70 warlocks within about 10-15secs and thats with them using heal pots and health stone and fearing me several times

Why are you dredging up a post from 10 months ago? It has almost no relevance.

I did get a good chuckle out of the old DS + goblin jumper cable trick...damn that was funny while it lasted.

Er... 10 months? Last active Nov... > Dec > Jan > Feb that's 3... 4 if you want to include March which has only just started.
