Curse you Fineous Darkvire!!!

WARNING!! Mindless rambling about nothing ahead. I'm bored and slightly insomniatic so this might not all make sense

It's 6 in the morning and I can't sleep so I've decided to go explore BRD, I've never been there as I started post The Burning Crusade and no one ever went there while leveing.

So I strap on my PvP gear(Season 1) thinking the damage mitigation from it, My trusty imp, Dagtal, and my uberness as a level 70 will see me through this instance. Check WoWwiki and my first thought is "It's big!!!!" Fun means more to explore I think.

Enter the instance and find a locked gate nearly instantly

so I have to leave the instance and KILL MYSELF(lifetap/Hellfire ftw) just to get a quest?

1 death already and I've not even killed mob yet pfft.

So I get the quest and off I trot. 20 mins later i'm lost and no idea where to go, I've already been sentenced to death for murder's i've not committed and ran into a few patrols by mistake but I peer over the edge of a balcony and I see Lord Incendius.

I jump down and charge. DoTing and Cursing we do battle. He curses me and my fire resistance is reduced. Damn where is my pet mage when I need him! Then he's sneakily try's to push me off the edge. I'm too good for him and have the anvil at my back. After a short battle he does down mwahaha. I loot him and get a nice blue wrist with 31 Fire resistance.

I step forward into the Hall of Crafting to do battle with Fineous Darkvire and to reclaim the hammer as I was tasked to. I throw a Shadowbolt at him and he runs at me, that's when it all goes wrong, he aggro's 6 other mobs as he runs, I panic and run back to where I killed Lord Incendius but pull the 2 mobs on guard at the door as well. The battle is short even with my iHoT and Siphon Life and Drain Life spams I go down like a sack of potatoes.

I'm bored on a LONG corpse run and thought I'd share my tale with you all and encourage you all who've never seen the inside of BRD to go have a look.

I'm off to try again

You might try pulling by sending in VW first to build aggro for a sec and then Seeding up everything in sight. I didnt have a hard time in BRD soloing the Onyxia quest as SL/SL.
