Meh, I play a rogue and I wouldn't complain at all, (obviously, I have a lock too )...really only the BAD rogues would complain - if they even noticed the change however.

Re: Blizzard wants to BUFF demo

I could see Blizz making meta permanent. I could also see them nerfing it to uselessness if they do. Just seems to be par for the course.

Re: Blizzard wants to BUFF demo

in my opinion its better to have one thing be a castable buff for a short duration than say make that buff constant but reduce its damage by 75%

Re: Blizzard wants to BUFF demo

I love the idea of a perm meta. I don't think it would be too op for pvp, cause if you run across another lock... that lock will probably just banish you and then you have to click out of it. And I don't think it would be as bad as a pally right now.

Re: Blizzard wants to BUFF demo

I personally would prefer less passive talents and more "toys". As it is, demo can feel extremely boring, since all you have is spells you had by level 10 and a new pet.

Speccing demo should give us some unique attacks we can throw out there, much like affliction and destro which can be fun as hell and feel like they have their own unique play style.

As for perma-meta... I don't think looking at the same bland, gearless, purple Illidan model 24/7 would be that exciting. For me the way to fix meta would be to give it other more useful attacks while in it, so that there's something to do besides immolation aura, charge and getting a boost in damage. Keeping in tone with the whole tree, meta is just another passive talent, it might as well be a regular buff and have your character get all red or something like other similar talents.
