Re: Improved Imp

(oops, I posted to an older talent thread earlier)

The base HP buff is supposed to be 660 at level 70. If you have your Imp out, you can look at your spell book, the pet tab, to see how much he's actually supposed to give. (Not sure why they can't fix the tooltips on the buff or the pet bar...)

At 2 points, it should do 20% more or 792 - except that I *think* it's broken as of 3.0.2.

I tested by putting it on a teammate, noting their health, then running out of range. Their health only changed by 660 points instead of 792.

Re: Improved Imp

Possibly fixed as of 3.0.3. The self-buff at 2 points in Improved Imp is now definitely 792 health, but I did not test that other members of the party/raid also got the full effect.

Re: Improved Imp

So.... I tried the build Fallenman suggested in Raiding Spec Roundup. I was already considering a build that gave me more surviability and the Improved Imp seemed like a geeat way to do that and keep me in Affliction.

Before I respec'd, I brought the Imp out and noticed the Blood Pact he was giving was 1330 HP (to which i admirably whispered, "sweet!"). AFTER I re-spec'd 3/3 in Improved imp the HP from the Blood Pact was a whopping.... 1330... HUH? Isn't it supposed to be 30% more?

Am I missing something or is this a bug?

Did I miss something?
