I wouldn't do it. The most important phase is phase three, where you just stand and nuke the boss. |

I have been looking through some WoW meter online. Lets say 66% of the damage from immolate is the dot (sorry for making up numbers again) The count looks like this: Onyxia 25: 20,8% immo + conflag vs. 35,6% incinerate Iron council 25 normal: 27,85% vs. 50,3% Anub 25 normal: 27,4% vs. 47,2% Twins HC 25: 27,6% vs 42,5% These numbers are from a warlock with incinerate glyph and not immolate! |

I was using glyphs LT, incini, confl. And after switching LT with Immo glyph I had noticeable dps increase (with stats ~2200sp and ~380spirit, hit caped and ISL 0/13/58) So to sum up things - around how much spirit people should have even before considering switching Immo with LT glyph ? 400+ ...500+ ??

I have just under 3000spell power and about 550spirit unbuffed and i have found that the life tap glyph and immolate is very similar. I NEVER have to lifetap as destruction because of talents. I lifetap when i cant be dpsing. The time wasted in lifetapping to get the lifetap glyph kept up is a dps loss. Its obvious, your not attacking. With the immolate glyph i am constantly attacking but doing a little bit less damage with everything other then immolate and conflag. The dps difference in the two is tiny if any.
