(horde PvE) Stuck Farming Kara, looking to transfer

I have gone as far as I can go with my current server it seems. I have been clearing Kara for months, I've been through a couple ZA clears, done Lurker and Void Reaver a couple times, killed Gruul many times as well. I have most of the gear I need for tanking Leo, but have never had the chance to try it. I can't get consistent groups for anything but kara, the warlock spots for things beyond kara seem to always be taken and I am sick of waiting for invitations that never come. I am looking to hop guilds and transfer servers to find a spot where I can consistently participate in post-kara content.

I like to play late evenings, Eastern US time zone. I am on about every day, and can devote about 4 nights a week to long raiding sessions. I am utility specced at the moment. My profs are alchemy/herbal and I know most of the flasks and cauldrons. There is the possibility that one or two people might be convinced to come with me. I am not after getting geared up, I just want to play the game and am constantly excluded from groups in the server I am on. I am looking to get into TK and SSC, and farm ZA regularly. I've done every spec except felguard, I have all the usual raiding mods/vent etc. am 24 years old, not a tard, let me know if there is any hope for me ever getting past kara.
