[A-PvE] US-Antonidas <Exalted> LFM for KT & beyond

<Exalted> is looking for a few good raiders. We are a PvE guild on US-Antonidas that raids Mon-Thu @ 6-10pm server time (PST) and are currently 6/6 SSC 3/4 TK. Our primary focus is on downing Kael'Thas, after which we'll be moving right into Tier 6, with Vashj and KT going down early in the week.

We are recruiting for talent and reliability. Raid spots are competitive and not guaranteed, and will go to those players who demonstrate the greatest preparedness, consistency, awareness, and focus. (See below for an elaboration on these.)

Loot is distributed by a loot council based on the best interests of the raid party and the player characteristics that we recruit for. Loot comes quickly, and members should consider it a happy consequence of completing content rather than the end goal of progression. If you have the drive, we can get you the gear.

We raid a total of 16 hours each week and expect members to be there for all of them. If something comes up, it is your responsibility to let us know ahead of time and arrange an equivalent substitute.

What we're looking for in our members, in detail

Preparedness: You have all the class-appropriate consumables. Your PvP flag is off. You're at the stone ready to zone in or summon. You've read up on each encounter, including any specific modifications we've made to a strategy, and know what you are supposed to do.

Consistency: You're present for the entirety of each of our raid nights.

Awareness: You're clear of the rain of fire / ice / poison / shadow. When something goes not according to plan, you're able to adapt and set things back on track. You're listening on Vent.

Focus: Raid time is for raiding.

Wanted to throw a quick Bump for a fellow Antonidas'ian. Also wanted to know what your raiding hours are like. Thinking of bringing my lock back to the server and looking for a progressing guild.
