LF Great Raiding Guild

To all who may happen across this:
I am genuinely interested in joining a great raiding guild. My current guild has been wonderful in helping me get geared out, but there seems to be a lack of interest in progressing into 25-man content. Recruiting in my server is difficult, and the officers are not interested in a merger.
I am NOT looking to join a guild that is just starting 25-man content, as a new guild may require a server change. I would be leaving my many friends, which I'm not interested in doing, only to feel the frustrations of wipe after wipe due to inexperience.
I am not looking to be "drug-through" the T5 content, but feel as though I can be a contributing member of any raid. My gear is solid, and I feel as though I can hold my own in DPS at any level.
This is just a general post in hopes that a great guild will come across it needing a good Lock.

Moderator Edit: This is about looking for a guild - let the guild assess his gear/build/capability. If he had wanted input of that nature there is a medium for that.
