Reborn (H) PVE, building core for hard modes
Hi 'locks, We have a spot open for a raiding lock. We are flexible on spec, but would need to see evidence of raid awareness/competence. Reborn is a 25 man PVE raiding guild on Fenris (US) Server. We are almost through Yogg and have recently culled a number of players. We are opening recruitment on several classes to bolster our ranks as we prep for hard modes. The warning: If you don't think you are godless raiding machine we are not interested. We want people who know their class, who are interactive and will share aproaches and ideas with their guildmates. Our application is more of a queue to be in line for a vent interview. When you apply, make sure you log in your main spec PvE gear. Make sure its in shape with regards to raid-appropriate enchants/gems etc. We are currently accepting: Warlock - Affliction or Destro Druid - Feral (Bear, Cat Offspec) Warrior - Arms or Fury Death Knight - Unholy or Frost Paladin - Holy & Retribution Shaman - Enhancement & Elemental *We are always accepting exceptional players of all classes. If you think you can challenge one of our established raiders for their spot then go for it. Good players will get raid spots. The guild: Reborn has been around since early BC. Through early Wrath, we were among the top three on the server (server 1st Sartharion + 3 Drakes), but have had a lot of churn through Wrath which caused us to fall behind. We are keen to rise through the ranks again and are working hard to get there. The times: Raid Schedule: Tues/Wed/Thurs/Sun 7:30pm -11:00pm EST (Server Time) We do 10 mans on off-nights. How we think: We understand that if bosses are getting downed, eventually, everyone will get loot. We use an EPGP system due to its low upkeep and reasonable fairness. The guild is composed of equals; all of our are members should have approximately the same level of skill. Nobody is recruited as a bench warmer. We spurn forum drama as much as possible, and don't engage in trade chat epeening/trolling. Bonus: Fun people that are drama free. What you can expect from us: Rest assure farm content will be much more enjoyable with our company: Sex in chocolate + booze comes to mind. We generally hate standing in fire. What we expect from you: Raid 4 scheduled days a week. Less than 75% will result in removal. Minimum of 12/14 25man Ulduar Excellent raid DPS, HPS, or TPS. (Be prepared with several parses.) Update. We still have a lock slot open, though we have filled two of the others (warrior and DK). We are also considering a shadow priest. |

Well, we filled the lock slot, but then another of our core locks got facecritsmashed by the boss of real life... so, we have another warlock slot open. We are also currently looking for a holy paladin, a DPS warrior, an elemental shammy and a druid tank with a strong DPS feral bend. Oh yes, since the startign post is kinda old, I'll point out that we have been one-shotting Yogg for the past few weeks, one shot the bosses in ToC 10 and 25 weekly as they come out and are progressing on hard modes now.
