[H]Midnight Express - Late Night Raiding - Recruiting
Hello People! Who We Are: We are <Midnight Express>, a late night raiding guild of the server <Balnazzar> on the <Raserei> Battlegroup (Previous Conviction). We are currently progressing in Icecrown Citadel 25man, but we also run as much 10man as we can with hardmodes high on the agenda. We are also raiding in ToTGC 25m Heroic and Ulduar 25m HMs when we are available. What We Are Looking For: We want experienced raiders that have passion for PvE raiding and progression. Loot will come your way, but should not be your main priority. Also, wiping on new content, specifically as hardmodes are learned should not be feared. We're looking for like-minded people who strive to make their character the best it can be, modifying their gear and spec to push their abilities to the maximum in all raids, even if those bosses are on farm. We expect our members to have researched encounters prior to facing them by watching videos and reading forums until you have a clear grasp on what to expect. Whilst we will of course help members at any opportunity, we do not intend on Spoon-feeding members for every fight. Whilst our PvE game expectations are high, we also look for people with great personalities who can contribute themselves to an active social and friendly group of people. Currently Recruiting: 1x Balance Druid 1x Restoration Druid 1x Holy Paladin 1x Rogue 2x Warriors Arms/Fury Exceptional Applications from other classes will always be considered. Our Wrath of the Lich King Progress and Experience: Icecrown Citadel 25 Player: 4/12 Icecrown Citadel 10 Player: 4/12 Coliseum 25 Player (Normal): 5/5 (Hardmode): 4/5 - Coliseum 10 Player (Normal): 5/5 (Hardmode): 5/5 - Tribute to Insanity Ulduar 25 Player: (13/14) (Hardmodes: 5/9) Ulduar 10 Player: (14/14) (Hardmodes: Glory of The Ulduar Raider/Algalon done) All Pre-Ulduar Wrath of the Lich King content 10/25 cleared, including Sartharion+3 Drakes. Raiding Schedule: We raid from 22.30 to 02:00 server time. This can be extended should people feel up to it. We raid 5 times a week from Monday to Friday and we also raid at weekends if we have the people available. Minimum raid attendance we want from you is 3 days per week (without weekends). Loot System: We currently have a Loot Council + Roll system for loots for our 10man Raids, and we are using EP/GP System for our 25man raids. Ventrilo is used for all raids and having a microphone to communicate during the raids it would also be welcome. Requirements: Minimum Gear Requirements is average Item Level 232 and above. Extensive raiding experience, both Wrath of the Lich King and The Burning Crusade is preferred. A stable internet connection and a machine that can comfortably handle raiding is a must. With that said, I do share a little of the previously expressed sentiment that primarily these should be used for recruitment if the guild is looking for a warlock, especially if bumps will be utilized. The reason this forum should not be used for general recruitment is that in general warlock's den is read by warlocks and there is already so much discussion that is relevant to warlocks in particular that basically introducing 'spam' of a guild looking for something other than warlocks seems not wanted. I suspect a small minority may be interested in reading *general* non-warlock recruit posts, but I suspect that to be the same small minority that actually enjoy their trade chat filled with recruitment lines. |
