Stranglethorn Vale, south of Duskwood is best. Might want to be level 31-32 before you start. Get quests from the Nessingway (sp?) Expedition on the riverbank and an alliance camp north of it, both in the NW corner of STV.

If you're horde, take the boat from Ratchet to Booty Bay, the town on the southern cape.

Desolace is a good place for low 30's as well.

Duskwood can get you to 31 - 32ish .. Den start of at STV's Rebel Camp and Nesingwary (Whatever it's spelt) . Desolace is a good place too to start off prolly at 31ish . Southshore/Arathi Highlands is a good alt.

Hit SM at 34ish, good xp to last you till 38 - 40 .

At 30 I was all in Arathi Highlands to around 34, about this time I flew out to Desolace which lasted until 39 when i started to do some quests in STV around 39.

If you're on a PvP server, I'd avoid STV unless you're playing during off-hours (i.e. not many people around) - you'll waste to much time walking back to your body after being ganked

southshore, arathi, and especially desolace are the way to go. There's still plenty of good XP to be gotten from STV after you have your mount.
