Question Rating Factions

As I'm exploring Outland and coming across all these new factions I'm left wondering which ones should a warlock have on high priority? It seems like each faction has a little something to offer if you hit exalted, but lets face it, who has the time to grind exalted for so many. It would really help in my opinion to know the top one or two factions that would help us out the most.

Re: Rating Factions

Well i would say that there are many people in the same situation. The only thing that helps is to actually look at all rewards from all factions and then decide for yourself. A good place to look this up is http://www.ampwow.com/ - use the reputation Tab and you will see it all.

My personal Opinion from a Human Alchemy Warlock (Scyer) point of view:

Cenarion Expedition
Honored for "Recipe: Transmute Earthstorm Diamond"
Usefull Transmute to help guild Jewelcrafters or make some money.

Exalted for "Ashyen's Gift"
Ring, 28 Sta, 20 SpellHit, 22 Heal/damage

Reputation via Instances, not soloable

Honor Hold
Honored for "Recipe: Transmute Skyfire Diamond"
Usefull Transmute to help guild Jewelcrafters or make some money.

Exalted for "Blade of the Archmage"
1h Sword, 12 Sta, 11 Int, 21 SpellCrit, 150 Heal/damage

Reputation via Instances, not soloable

Sporregar
Revered for "Recipe: Transmute Primal Earth to Water"
Nice to make some money

Nice soloable, i did need 2 days.

Scyers
Revered for "Scryer's Bloodgem"
Trinket, 32 SpellHit, 150/280 damage/Heal for 15 sec

Exalted for "Greater Inscription of the Orb"
Shoulder Enchant (self), 15 SpellCrit, 12 damage

Exalted for "Seers Signet"
Ring, 22 Sta, 11 SpellCrit, 33 damage/Heal

Soloable, but will take a bit time

The Sha'tar
Reverred for "Recipe: Alchemist's Stone"
Trinket, Alchemy Amplifier

Reverred for "Glyph of Power"
Head Enchant (self), 14 SpellHit, 22 damage

Reverred for "Xi'ri's Gift"
Trinket, 32 SpellCrit, 150/280 damage/Heal for 15 sec

Reputation via Instances, not soloable

As for the other Factions i can not see anything of value for me.

Re: Rating Factions

You'll want to get revered with all of the major factions (lower city, HH, CoT, CE, shatar) at some point in order to get heroic keys.

However, if you are just looking for which ones to focus on first for some quick/nice rewards, I'd suggest Sha'tar and Aldor/Scryer. Revered with Sha'tar will give you access to the helm enchant (plus a decent crit trinket) and honored with Aldor/Scryer will give you the shoulder enchant.
