List of Areas only reachable by flying?

Has anyone seen a list of all the places that are only reachable by flying mount?

I find that such places usually have a use, if for nothing other than farming.

Example: Elemental Plateau in Nagrand - Farming elementals for motes

I don't know of a list, but I can think of a few places. There's the floating rocks all over Outland.

Hellfire Peninsula: Doom Lord Kazzak's area.

Zangarmarsh: the tops of the mushrooms, but there's nothing there to see

Nagrand: the Elemental Plateau; an area on the west edge with some demons

Terrokar: Skettis; the elevated lakes for fishing furious crawdad

Shadowmoon Valley: You need to fly to get up to the nether drake (name forgotten) to start a quest; The floating island in the south east to complete the Gorefiend's Armour quest

Blade's Edge Mountains: I think the areas on the west and north containing demons are onloy accessable by flying, but I'm not sure.

Netherstorm: All the tempest keep instances. (Note: Summoning appears to be disabled for the whole zone, with only the meeting stone working.)

you dont have to fly to get to him, you can only talk to him if you're under him, even when flying.

true, though the area sucks. Awful drop rate and tonnes of competition for few spawns. I find skald is the best place to find fire, despite the omnipresent hunter bots.
