exalted with darnassus

Hi, I just wanted to ask, how can I get exalted with darnassus with my other toon, before level 40?

I did it with this toon by going back and doing all the lowbee quests in the starting area. You get full rep even at 70. Then supplement with a shitton of Runecloth
